In his desire to ensure that we do not have a repeat of the wildfire copycat looting and rioting of the summer of 2011 in England, our Prime Minister Mr David Cameron is keen once again to import 'good practice' from the USA in tackling gangs. The inside story we've heard is that he wants to spend vast sums replicating the 'hit-and-miss' Operation Ceasefire in England.
